This is a standard faucet-everything I’ve seen is for repairing a leaky sink faucet (which I have done), but never a leaky bathtub faucet, and I have one that I need to repair.

basically the same turn water off and take apart change rubber O rings and replace or if there separate valves then it is the same as sink faucet
Typically all modern tub/shower mixing valves are built around a removable cartridge.
They need to be removed and replaced with new.
It can be difficult and lead to other more taxing, more expensive problems.
Best to call in a professional plumber who will remove old, flush out the system and install new.
If the valve body is severly corroded then the entire unit will need replaced.
