im a plumber, r u talking about a shower or tub fuacet? if so u can take them apart and replace the seats and springs or washers ( depends on what fuacet u have) replacing the entire fuacet will require u to remove walls
there’s really not enough info, if it’s the faucet it self or a washer leak, or pipe, it is possible if it’s a washer or valve, other wise i would say you have to open the wall .
it depends on what the problem is if it is a slow leak/drip it could
be an easy fix by replacing the rubber/plastic washer (shut off
the supply first) if not more detail needed
had one and we had to go under house to replace piping but to repair or replace you should be able to do it from the wall
You didn’t specify what type of faucet you had, so here a few link that may help.
Hope it helps.
