Door Locks?

My 2000 Ford Ranger’s power door locks are not working,they try to work when I try the first time then it goes dead even when I try at the door individually.The battery is new and I replaced the batteries in the remote with the keys.Any Ideals?
I checked the fuse for the doors it is okay.Is there a fuse box under the hood?

Happened to me once,it ended up being a bad door lock fuse.
It’s probably in the motor for one or the other.
