Check with your local permitting department or the ones who did the original work.
Try the likes of. Maybe goggle diy plumbing?
if it was a council house previously, go to your local council offices and they will definitely have them. if it was a private house contact the previous owner and they should be able to get their hands on them for you. hope this helps.
I worked a couple summers for a plumber on new construction (U.S.). I was real surprised to find out they do NOT draw out the piping in the house here.
The architect only draws where the faucets and drains will be, NOT how they get there. The plumber gets to decide. (And we had to follow up some real dumb “choices” and correct them). So unless it is something like the plumbing is under a concrete slab or the like, then it won’t show on the plans.
Sorry. You just have to figure it out. But one thing they often do is have a “plumbing wall” that is like 2×6 for running the plumbing up to the upstairs. The wider wall allows them to drill the studs for pipes without reducing the strength.
Good Luck
Many cities have what they call “as-built drawings”
Check with your local city building department and see if they still have them
If not you can have someone come with a camera and locator and tell you exactly where they are but thats not real cheap cost 400-500 to do
