The poor people are striked with one misfortune after another.They always have that feeling of doom.
If you are the one who makes repairs or plumbing, or just know how to help them out please take a look at their story and suggest some help from your side.

Well actually if you are looking for someone who will do this job for free there too few chances for success for you. Maybe you should paraphrase your question and make people interested in your neighbors problems.
