Why? Is it cosmetic only? Is it possibly a structural problem?
If you don’t know why, it’s better to find out BEFORE you buy the house rather than wait to have a contractor open it up and find out there’s even bigger problems.
U need a contractor to give u a evaluation because there is too many options and cost to consider. Be prepare to spend big bucks.
