To my knowledge, there aren’t any such grants. If there were, I’m sure it would be all over the news. Everyone wants a freebie. For anyone to offer a grant it must benefit them somehow. No one is going to give away money to help you. I can’t see how remodeling your home would benefit any person or organization.
